Multicultural Integrated Kidney Education Program (MIKE Program) respects and protects the privacy of the individuals that use the MIKE Program website. Individually identifiable information about you is not disclosed willfully to any third party without first receiving your permission, as explained in this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”).

MIKE Program and Cookies

Upon your first visit to MIKE Program, MIKE Program sends a “cookie” to your computer. A cookie is a file that identifies you as a unique user. MIKE Program uses cookies to track user trends and patterns to understand better our user base and to improve the quality of our service. The sites linked to by MIKE Program are developed by people over whom MIKE Program exercises no control. We do not accept any monies from linked site accept that some foundations may fund programs such as the MIKE Program. The MIKE Program will accept a grant awarded by foundations as they partner in meeting the mission of the MIKE Program. So when you observe a link in MIKE Program we do not have any financial arrangements (i.e., fee splitting, commission, etc.) with the site.

With Whom Does MIKE Program Share Information?

MIKE Program may share information about you with other nonprofits or “business” partners. However, we only divulge aggregate information about our users and will not share personally identifiable information with any business partner without your express consent. For example, we may disclose how frequently the average MIKE Program user visits the MIKE Program website, or which other query words are most often used with the query word “Linux.” Please be aware, however, that we will release specific personal information about you if required to do so in order to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order.
