What Information Do We Collect?
From time to time we may request that you provide us with certain personal information about you in connection with various services offered on our site. MIKE Program does not collect any personal information about you (such as your name, email address, etc.) except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information. MIKE Program mailing list addresses are never sold, rented, leased, traded, swapped, exchanged, or bartered to anyone. We don’t like to receive junk mail, and know you don’t either.
Links to Other Sites
The sites linked to by MIKE Program are developed by people over whom MIKE Program exercises no control. These other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or solicit personal information. We do not accept any monies from linked site accept that some foundations may fund programs such as the MIKE Program. The MIKE Program will accept a grant awarded by foundations as they partner in meeting the mission of the MIKE Program. So when you observe a link in MIKE Program we do not have any financial arrangements (i.e., fee splitting, commission, etc.) with the site.
With Whom Does MIKE Program Share Information?
MIKE Program may share information about you with other nonprofits or “business” partners. However, we only divulge aggregate information about our users and will not share personally identifiable information with any business partner without your express consent. For example, we may disclose how frequently the average MIKE Program user visits the MIKE Program website, or which other query words are most often used with the query word “Linux.” Please be aware, however, that we will release specific personal information about you if required to do so in order to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order.
