About the Partnership:
Legacy Health has forged a strong partnership with MIKE Program through the efforts of its employees serving in governance and youth empowerment roles. MIKE Program Board of Directors Vice-President Lori Fedje, RD, LD, chairs MIKE’s Governance Committee, providing a foundational base for strategic planning. Fedje is a quality improvement specialist at Legacy. MIKE Program Board of Directors member Tyrell Comeaux, first mentored MIKE youth at Rosemary Anderson High School before accepting a position with the Board. Comeaux chairs MIKE’s Education and Mentoring Committee and now mentors MIKE youth at Miller Education Center West in Hillsboro. William Bennett, MD, director of the Solid Organ and Cellular Transplantation Department at Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center, (pictured) serves on MIKE’s Advisory Board.
