About the Partnership:
MIKE Program was awarded a grant from the Hoover Family Foundation in 2014 to cover expenses for health curriculum deliverables to teens in North Portland and Hillsboro, Ore. The materials provide teens with information to develop skills which can help prevent chronic diseases in their lives and the lives of their families and friends.
About Hoover Family Foundation:
Since 1992, the Hoover Family Foundation has helped nonprofit organizations increase self-sufficiency and quality of life for individuals through human service and enriched education. Grants are awarded to nonprofit organizations located in Indianapolis, Ind., and Portland, Ore., for educational programs and social service programs.
