DaVita KT Community Foundation
About the Partnership:
The KT Community Foundation helped fund MIKE Program’s efforts to deliver lessons and awareness about overall health and kidneys to teens at Rosemary Anderson High School and De La Salle North Catholic High School, both located in Portland, Ore. DaVita Teammate Stacy Kaczor-Roach, who served on MIKE’s Board of Directors for more than five years, shepherded the grant to MIKE in 2012. The funding provided teens at both schools with healthy planners, a comprehensive health workbook for youth.
