The Last "Beaverton Last Tuesday" of the Season, MIKE Program will have a table to publicize mentor opportunities.
Featuring the Latin Jazz, Salsa, Samba & Rhythms of the Bobby Torres Ensemble, keyboard, bass, percussion and drums. The world-class ensemble performs Latin Jazz, Salsa, Samba and Rhythms.
Local restaurants including Typhoon!, Mio Sushi, and Mingos will offer indoor and outdoor dining and refreshment experiences for Beaverton Last Tuesday audiences making the entire evening a truly wonderful celebration of great music, art and food.

MIKE Program second annual "A Community Gathering to Build Community Assets in Recognition of National Kidney Month," was held March 5, 2008, at Portland State University's Native American Student and Community Center. The event featured a benefit catered VIP reception from 5:30 - 6:45 pm. This year's VIPs included MIKE Program Youth, OSHU Medical Student Volunteers, and our Board of Directors.
Following the reception, Dr. Susan Bagby from OHSU's Division of Nephrology provided a keynote presentation entitled, "Empowering Women: Heathy Eating Today Protects the Health of Future Generations."
