Bernie Foster
| Bernie Foster is President of the Skanner News Groups and as such has communications outlets with the Skanner newspapers in Portland and Seattle as well as radio station 105.5 FM in Eugene and 101.1 FM in Seattle. He is past president of the West Coast Black Publishers. Currently he is the Founding Director and President of the African American Alliance for Homeownership and serves as a Public Member of the State Board of Pharmacy. |

Marco advocates for Portland youth by sharing his culinary proficiency with several organizations that focus on youth development. |
